3-Coaching Essentials You'll Master with our Internship Program
Applied Mechanics
Learn how the body works in a practical personal training setting and how to adjust form, correct movement, and drive behavior change.
Art of Coaching
Learn how to drive energy into each session, keep clients engaged, ensure satisfication for leads, referrals, and results.
Program Design
Gain knowledge in assessments, sales psychology, and programming. Learn the system that has worked for over 1000 clients and counting.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
12 Weeks
- Required: 4-8 hours in person training each week
- We will schedule sessions that work for all schedules
- Optional 1-3 hour weekly: In personal practical application (scheduled during the week with a schedule that works best for you)
- Space is limited! (only 5 available)
- PRICE: FREE
Our goal is: 1) Build elite trainers across AZ to level up the industry, 2) Create Coaches that are highly skilled and may have the opportunity to continue working at Block Fitness
Internship Requirements
Must have a positive attitude, growth mindset, willingness to share insights, ability to communicate with all types of people.
Must also be willing to attend sessions, show up on time and ready to learn.
