Multi-family member discount – we offer a 10% discount off each membership with 3 or more family members living under the same residents and/or paying from the same CC on file.

No we do not. If you are comfortable with your child sitting in the chairs located at the front of the studio and they do not enter the workout area (safety), then you are welcome to bring them. This is at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible.

No we do not accept class pass or silver sneakers at this time.

We currently do not offer open gym time. All training is by appointment only. We offer a wide variety of training programs, time options, and flexible scheduling to give you the best choices possible.
